CBT and Schema Psychotherapy in English

I am a psychologist and a licensed cognitive-behavioral therapist, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My approach focuses on identifying and transforming unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress.

Additionally, I focus also on Schema Therapy, which aims to uncover and correct deep-seated maladaptive schemas that negatively impact your life.

I provide therapy for adults (18+) and work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, personality disorders, relationship difficulties, and life crises. I also offer therapy for couples.

My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Social Sciences and a Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy qualification from CBT EDU School of Psychotherapy. I have completed clinical internships at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw, Wolski Hospital in Warsaw, and a cognitive-behavioral therapy internships at private Psychology Centers.
